Terms and Conditions

The Boat Platform is a classified listings technology platform that allows users to publish and search for listings relating to nautical sales, rentals, and boat tours. The service is operated by M&P Generation 3.0 Limited (registered office: 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland). The Boat Platform is NOT an intermediary, broker, or nautical agency. The platform facilitates direct contact between the parties without participating in negotiations or transactions.

Access to certain features requires registration. The user guarantees the accuracy of the data provided and undertakes to distinguish between "Private" and "Agency" accounts as required by the Omnibus Directive.

The user is responsible for the content of published listings. Publishing false, misleading, or unlawful content is prohibited. Listings are subject to a compliance check prior to publication, through an automated process and human intervention. The Boat Platform reserves the right to remove non-compliant listings.

The user may request a review of a decision by writing to info@theboatplatform.com.

The free plan allows the publication of 1 listing with limited features. Paid plans and boosts are subject to the prices indicated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via Stripe.

The Boat Platform is not liable for transactions between users, the condition of vessels, the accuracy of information published by users, or any disputes between the parties.

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection regulations in force in the user's country of residence. For disputes with users acting as consumers, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer. For users acting in the course of their professional activity, the Courts of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
