The yacht has the 3 cabin private layout which gives an owner's cabin forward, with its own separate toilet and sink to starboard and shower room with sink to port. All sectioned off from the saloon of the yacht. There is a further heads at the portside rear, sink, toilet and shower. The yacht has been privately owned from new, never having been a charter boat. The yacht is normally lifted for winter. Every year it has been sanded and 2 coat antifouled, using Mille NCT. Yearly maintenance has been meticulously done.
